THIS IS WHAT’S DESTROYING YOUR PROGRESS…

This is what’s DESTROYING your Progress…

(Do this one thing I mention at the end)

 

I know for me in the beginning,

 

When I was trying to get my results, get strong and lean, drop some fat

 

I would always set my goal for my ULTIMATE FINAL HAPPY PLACE…

 

That goal would be –

 

“Drop fat, be a size 8 and look leaner and be lean and firm in my tummy area, but arms and legs and  in 3 months or GIVE UP!”

 

Then I would start out on whatever “THIS WORKS SOLUTONS” I had purchased OR RESEARCHED at that time…

 

Telling myself that“ Sara lost 10% body fat and got super strong and lean in 3 months on this program and diet – so that’s what I’m going to do!” 

 

I know you’ve probably said this too, right?

 

And then, I would start out on whatever health adventure I was on …

 

I would be super excited the first week…

 

I would be calculating how much body fat I needed to lose

Per month – 10%

Per week – 3.25 %

In order for me to lose the 10% body fat like Sara (my athlete inspiration) did…

 

Then the next week I would be doing the body fat scan,

 

“I drop enough percentage – OH NO and tet I trained so hard and ate so clean!!!”

 

Then the next week like, “I ONLY dropped 1% ARGHHH! I’m falling behind!”

 

Then at the end of the month I was saying, “I ONLY 2% fat this month. I’m never going to be able to make it to my goal in time…I’m Failing at this.”

 

Then it would use me to feel DEFEATED, even though the progress I had made was amazing…and I was getting results

 

Yet, I could never see it as Success because I had set myself up in comparison to Sara (the super athlete)!…

 

What I didn’t realize is that –

 

Sara and I live completely different lives…

Sara and I have completely different bodies…

Sara and I have completely different obstacles…

 

then I had an AH HAAAAAAA moment! …

 

How could I compare my results to Sara’s (athletic sexy) timeline??

 

That’s not fair to me and the work I’ve been putting in…

 

And that’s when I threw away the “timeline method” for good.

 

Because results happen over time, NOT overnight…and they are UNIQUE TO me!

 

If I Work Hard, Stay Consistent, & Have Patience the results will come!

 

If I look at my main goal and break down the daily habits I need to do to accomplish that goal

 

– I know I will get there…I’m loving my training, my eating regime and well just loving me for a change 😊

 

Enjoying the journey rather than the obsession of the end goal focus ( I know I will get there and I’m no longer interested in being a size 8 – just the best version of my self and feeling lean and strong)

 

So, today I want you to throw out your “timeline”…

 

Yep – get rid!

 

AND DO THIS ONE THING!

=>Write out what your DAILY HABITS need to be to accomplish your goal…

If you do those things daily – you will be at your goal in no time!
