STRONG ELITE IS OUR WEIGHT LIFTING & ATHLETIC PROGRAM
This is about lifting strong, feeling strong encompassed with Conditioning Strength, speed, stamina, flexibility, balance, co-ordination, power, cardiovascular endurance, agility and accuracy to ensure that all round athletic look and feeling.
Lifting strong and heavy is a masterful commitment and entails great technique, commitment to have that all round athletic look and performance.
With the use of set days for lifting and set days for functional movements, challenging you to your own level of intensity while keeping it varied. It is the mix of functional movement, variation and intensity that delivers strong, visual tangible results.
Our programme encompasses all of the elements outlined above and we coach each exercise that we programme to ensure all lifting athletes understand the movements.
Before starting to attend Strong Elite all of our new lifters must complete the Strong Fit 12-week starter program, which is designed to teach you the basic movements and techniques you will need to know during a session and so that you understand why we have programmed these movements. It also gives us a chance to see how well you move and how capable you are before turning up to a STRONG ELITE raining session with no experience.
Entry Requirements – You must have a history of training previously and what to step it up and take your training to the next level. We encourage all lifters to start slow and perfect their technique before progressing with weight and attempting maximal lifts, otherwise there is the risk of injury.
