3 STRONG TIPS TO SHREDDING FAT!

 

Hi, my names mitch, and I’m from omni training studios.

 

Now I’m here to tell you today about 3 ways to help you burn more body fat right now.

 

First one, we are going to talk about is Drinking more water.

 

Now, Water has been proven to help to burn body fat, now if you are dehydrated…

 

woar… refreshing……

 

Now if your dehydrated, it’s impossible for your body to keep your metabolism high and ultimately burn fat, your body will be stressed and making you catabolic and not metabolic.

 

Metabolic is where you are burning body fat preserving muscle tissue, catabolic is where your releasing stress hormones and eating away at your hard earn muscle.

 

You don’t want that!

 

  1. Eating more protein.

 

Things like this [tuna], bit of this [beef jerky snacks] will help you to lose, a lot of this [fat]. This is 1gram of fat, now if you are interested in burning more than 1gram of fat, which probably you are.

You want to be comprising your meals of at least 30 grams of this [protein] each meal you have.

Now, protein raises your core temperature because it’s a thermogenic, this will also keep your metabolism high, you’re going to be a calorie burning furness, so you’re going to be working towards that 6 pack abs you been after.

 

Now, the last but not least, probably the most important one, is to have more Sleep.

 

Ok, well deserved sleep, if your training your butt off, if your destroying your muscles in your work outs, your body cannot repair without sleep.

 

So, the idea is you need about 7-9 hours of sleep a day to get you where you want to be. Optimally, having a high metabolism, recovering well for your next session, and will keep you on the road to getting results.

 

So, guys stick to those plans and stick to as melting as much as you can.
