FLIP IT – Self Sabotaged
The BIGGEST enemy of your weight loss or fitness transformation success is doubt.

Itâs phenomenal how much we all do this, sabotage ourselves with our mind, our thoughts and those unconscious secret agent ones (you know the thinking thoughts that sit beneath the surface)?
We all have a goal we want to achieve, but in the back of our heads we keep thinking: âI canât do it.  Youâre never going to achieve this.  Youâre never going to be able to do it. You donât make the right decisions.  You donât work hard enough.  Youâre not doing the right thing.â  âI cannot afford itâ r the BIGGEST ONE âI HAVE NO TIMEâ
We have this doubt in our mind, instead of the BELIEF that WE CAN!
LETâS CHANGE THIS TODAYâŠâŠ.
REPLACE the doubt that you have. Â
Whenever you start to hear those thoughts, telling you âI canât do it.  Youâre never going to achieve this.  Youâre never going to be able to do it. You donât make the right decisions.  You donât work hard enough.  Youâre not doing the right thing.â  âI cannot afford itâ âI HAVE NO TIME âor that itâs going to take forever,
FLIP IT!
YES! – Flip it over. Â
For example…………Whenever you hear: âYouâre never going to be able to lose 20lbsâ
Flip it! âIâm going to lose the 20 lbsâ
and repeat it out loud as many times you feel is rightâŠ. yep silly as you may feel â SAY OUT LOUD.
Replace THE Doubt with Belief â FLIP THE SABOTAGING CHATTER IN YOUR HEAD.
If youâre going to ACHIEVE that goal, you must let go of doubting words, and chatter you doâŠbecause its unhealthy and on the road to no-where.
This type of thinking and internal chatter will drag you down and make you quit. Â They make you stop. Â They make you feel discouraged.
So, if there is ONE THING to do today is
FLIP IT!
